🏠 What is Trabajo Ya?

Trabajo Ya is an information billboard service that connects Job Posters (people who need help with tasks) with Workers (skilled people who can complete those tasks).

Important: Trabajo Ya is NOT a payment processor. We do NOT accept, hold, or transfer payments for work performed. All payment arrangements for completed work are made directly between the Job Poster and the Worker.

👥 Types of Users

• Job Posters: People who need work done. They post job listings on our billboard for workers to see and apply.
• Workers: Skilled individuals who browse job listings on our billboard, apply to jobs, and get connected with job posters.

🤝 How It Works

For Job Posters:

• Browse the map to find available workers in your area
• Post a job listing with your requirements and proposed budget
• Review applications from interested workers
• Select a worker and arrange the work directly with them

For Workers:

• Browse the map to find available jobs in your area
• View job details and requirements
• Apply to jobs that match your skills
• Get connected with the job poster when your application is accepted

💰 Platform Fees (Billboard Charges)

Trabajo Ya charges fees for using our information billboard service:

• Job Posting Fee: A 50 DOP fee is charged to Job Posters when posting a job on our billboard.
• Job Assignment Fee: A 50 DOP fee is charged to Workers when they successfully receive a job assignment (when their application is accepted).

These fees are for billboard services only. They are NOT payments for the work itself. Payment for completed work is arranged directly between the Job Poster and Worker.

💳 Wallet Top-Up

To pay platform fees, users need funds in their Trabajo Ya wallet:

• Wallets can be topped up in increments of 250 DOP (minimum 250, maximum 1000 DOP per transaction)
• Top-up requests are submitted through the app and approved by administrators
• Wallet funds are used exclusively for platform fees

⚠️ Important Terms

• All users must provide accurate information in their profiles
• Respect and professional conduct are expected from all users
• Trabajo Ya is not responsible for disputes regarding work performed or payments between users
• Trabajo Ya reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

🤝 Captador Program — Legal Terms (Dominican Republic)

1. Definitions

• Captador: A user who refers workers or companies to the platform.
• Trabajador: The worker or company that completes jobs using the platform.
• Transacción: A completed, paid job performed through the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Any user may become a Captador.
• No payment, investment, or purchase is required to join the program.

3. Referral Relationship

• A Captador is linked to a referred worker through a unique referral code.
• This relationship is single-level only.
• Captadores do not earn commissions from other Captadores or from second-level referrals.

4. Compensation Model

• The Captador earns 50 DOP for each completed transaction performed by their directly-referred worker, up to a maximum of 30 transactions.
• Alternative models may include: one-time bonus per worker after completing their first job, or tier bonuses (5th job, 10th job, etc.).

5. Funding of Incentives

• Incentives are paid by the platform as a promotion expense ("Incentivo por Promoción Digital").
• No funds are ever collected from workers to pay Captadores.

6. Independent Contractor Status

• Captadores operate as independent promoters, not employees.
• The platform is not responsible for labor benefits, taxes, or insurance related to promotional incentives.

7. Anti-Fraud Rules

The platform may deny payouts if:

• The Captador and worker share the same identity
• Fake jobs or self-hiring are detected
• GPS manipulation occurs
• Abusive or misleading recruitment practices are used

8. Termination

The platform may suspend the program or specific Captadores at any time for abuse or fraud.

9. Legal Compliance

This program does not constitute multi-level marketing, as defined under Dominican consumer protection laws, because:

• There are no payments to join
• There is only one level of compensation
• All incentives are tied to real economic activity (actual completed jobs)
• No commissions are earned from recruiting others
